A new menu option in the primary Event menu that lets non-demoralized enemies escape. Only available to the squad owner in PvE combats.

The addition of two new handheld weapons.. the 'Molotov Belt' and the 'Hand Flamer', and appropriate flaming pedestrian animations!

And, a couple of small bug fixes.
